Order took too long to prepare and therefore to arrive.
A little disappointed though: the visual on the site doesn't really correspond to what I received. The personalization message is much too small and discreet and therefore different from the one visible online...
This seems to be a serious store, but there was one small problem: I received an e-mail proposing a discount and explaining that it would be automatically deducted when validating my basket, but this was not the case. I sent several messages via the site's messaging system without ever receiving a reply.

Too many problems to order
It's not at all the same Malakoff chocolates that I usually take and I'm very disappointed by the taste. I love the composition and taste of the other.
Rather disappointed. Too much plastic packaging, small shelves for the amount of packaging.
The connection to the site is really very slow, sometimes giving the impression that you won't be able to connect, which is a shame.
Don't look like those of my childhood
After telephoning to check availability of a product I placed my order and did not receive the violet paste because it was out of stock. Very disappointed
The chocolate is good, but next time I'll close the 450g jar properly, because a quarter of it is lost in the carton.

Clear site, fast delivery; we regret the choice of individual plastic packaging, which is apparently non-recyclable, unlike the original...

Delivery impeccable and fast. Chocolates not conform to the real malakoffs. No hazelnuts on them. Very disappointed with the quality.
Nothing to report
Perfect in terms of ease, speed except that on delivery, one product was missing.
Good products (grand cru tablets for us) and fast delivery, but I don't like the commercial relationship on the website. I had 2 windows open with the same basket, I validated one but not the other. The next day, I received an offer of 8% discount on my non-validated basket, then again a day later an 11% discount. I contacted Malakoff, who told me it was a faulty site configuration. I don't think so, it's a systematic commercial practice of this site: so wait 1 or 2 days before validating your basket...
Following my order there was an error on the contents, I ordered a box of 20 milk chocolates and I received a box of 20 mixed chocolates while I do not like dark chocolate. a little disappointed for that.
I received my order with an exploded pot of pate a tartiner and a missing item. After several emails from me, they were replaced and sent to me. On the other hand, the advent calendar had all its chocolates melted and all white: big disappointment.
Doesn't look at all like the real Malakoff of my childhood!
