Very interesting product, good quality. Arrived in good condition. The only problem is when we contact to have the follow-up no answer and it is necessary to insist to have some. One remains in the unknown during several days. It's a pity.

Needed help to update the firmware of a Cambox V4 Pro as regular procedure didn't work. I contacted the support and received immediate reply and first class help. Update was a little bit more complicated but step by step support by Victor did the job very well. Absolutely 5 stars, thank you!

My rating is for the way I was conned to buy the Black Friday Bundle. when I searched for the individual item (camera) the page couldn't be found 404 came up... the only way I could find it was with the bundle which cost and extra £50. Not happy.

I'd had issues with the Cambox app for V4Pro... Victor at Cambox EU worked with me to troubleshoot the issue with the application for my iPhone. Advice: Be patient with the technology and work with Cambox to solve the issue. Stellar customer service! Thank you again!
