Amazing customer service! Victor responded almost immediately to my question about my new Cambox V4 Pro, and walked me through how to download newest update. He was kind, courteous, and patient. SO patient that he spent 90 minutes walking me through every step. Would highly recommend!

Needed help to update the firmware of a Cambox V4 Pro as regular procedure didn't work. I contacted the support and received immediate reply and first class help. Update was a little bit more complicated but step by step support by Victor did the job very well. Absolutely 5 stars, thank you!

Took a while to be sent, which is understandable near Christmas. When it arrived near my home town they came when I wasn't home and didn't leave a note. I had to make many phone calls and visit the factory to see where it was. Turns out they had left it at the local post office. They need to be told to leave notes so people actually know where their items are. Thanks
