- Longevity can vary from person to person.
- Our samples are equipped with a touch ear, and it is true that it is less practical than a spray that allows for better dosing and spreading of the perfume. On occasion, visit one of our retailers to test our perfumes using their tester bottles, you may have a different experience.
- Not all perfumes are meant to be powerful: feel free to specify which ones you liked, we may be able to better advise you to enjoy them!

As explained in my first message, the formula of our ippi patchouli perfume contains more than 40% natural patchouli from Indonesia: it is therefore the main ingredient of this fragrance. However, we can understand that it does not match your interpretation of patchouli, which has been influenced by all the patchouli perfumes you may have liked, which also contain patchouli, but not only. Also be careful not to compare a perfume containing several ingredients (including patchouli) to a patchouli essential oil (which contains only patchouli): these will logically be two totally different scents. It's a shame you didn't start by ordering our Discovery Pack. We sincerely wish you to find your happiness with our colleagues and hope that your nose will cross paths with our perfumes one day! Hello Emilie, let's try to clarify this mystery because praline is still very much present as a base note in ippi clear patchouli, and the formula of this perfume has remained exactly the same since your last order two years ago (almost to the day). Moreover, there is no vanilla in this perfume: if you smell it, it's probably because your brain associates the scent of vanilla with that of another ingredient present in ippi clear patchouli. Be careful not to compare a new bottle with a bottle that you have had for several months or years: over time, a perfume evolves and becomes more intense, often sweeter. It is therefore normal that a freshly produced perfume and the same perfume produced a long time ago do not smell exactly the same. I think it is this natural evolution that explains the differences you perceive between the new and the old bottle, because from our side, nothing has changed! So give this new bottle a little time: its scent will also evolve over the months and you will certainly find the notes you loved... (Re)Hello Carine! As explained over the phone, I am sorry that our perfume does not please you and I wish you to find your happiness with our competitors. If you had contacted us before placing your order, we would have advised you to order our Discovery Pack to test our perfumes before committing to buying a bottle... You ordered an eau de parfum for 42€ which is intended to be worn on your skin or clothing primarily. Nothing prevents you from scenting your home with it, but since its spray is sealed, you won't be able to use it in a burner (and that is not the intended use of this product, our indoor diffusers are designed to scent your home). I hope this perfume will bring joy to someone in your circle and wish you all the best for the future.

I am surprised because you ordered our ippi patchouli a few years ago, then recently kilim, and these are 2 perfumes built around patchouli that have body and character. If they are not intense enough for your taste, feel free to try the pure perfume version, which is even more concentrated and therefore more powerful. But perhaps you were talking about some fragrances from our sample box that you just ordered? However, we wanted to confirm that vanilla is indeed the ingredient at the heart of this fragrance: a natural vanilla from Madagascar to be precise. Be careful: as explained on the sheet of this perfume, it is not a solinote, so other ingredients mingle with the vanilla to give it depth (like caramel, almond, or tobacco). Unfortunately, there's not much we can do about customs clearance fees: each country (outside the EU) has its own customs fees, and we can't do anything about them. The same goes for the VAT we have to pay. Declaring your parcel as a "gift" or "sample" would be illegal, and would put us in an awkward position as it is a commercial shipment. Please note that we only charge a €10 postage fee (which in reality costs us at least double) and that delivery is free in Switzerland for orders over €120.
