Thanks for the feedback Odile, we're so glad to read that you love the chypre scent of ïōdé! The floral heart and woody base of this fragrance offer a nice staying power in general, but it can vary from skin to skin. Here are 2 tips: scent your clothes on which the fragrance will last longer, and don't hesitate to try the "pure perfume" version which is even more concentrated than eau de parfum, and thus more intense. Your package was shipped in 24H as promised and delivered in 72H which is the best delay on which our carrier in Belgium for information. Since 1988, our policy is to offer high quality perfumes at fair prices... all year long! So we never have sales or promotions, and we don't participate in Black Friday for example. On the other hand, we offer free shipping in France for orders over 60€ and we always give you 3 samples and a little attention with each order.
Please note that we have only raised our prices once in the last 8 years, and that was 3 years ago. Since the COVID, and even more so with the conflict in Ukraine, our suppliers increase their prices 2 to 3 times a year, and on all the materials we need (raw materials, alcohol, glass, paper for our packaging, metal for the caps/vaporizers...). We have decided to maintain our prices again in 2022 to try, on our small scale, to fight inflation. But it has become totally untenable since 3 years, and our prices will increase on February 1st 2023 (we will announce it in our January newsletter). We consider that this was the best "discount" we could give to our customers without betraying our "0 promotion" policy to respect also our resellers. I hope you understand our vision even better and that you share our values.

We must admit that we are surprised by your message, because our 12 current eaux de parfum, which you were able to test thanks to our Discovery Pack, are all very different. From the discreet musk to the powerful kilim, from the floral label rose to the woody and earthy ippi patchouli, from the aromatic alfred kafé to the marine ïōdé or from the gourmand vanilla to the festive alõ to name a few, we find it difficult to compare. Certainly several perfumes belong to the same olfactory family (musky ones are represented by musk and original musk, oriental ones by ippi patchouli, kilim or so for example), but we try to build, perfume by perfume, a balanced and varied collection. In any case, we are the first to be disappointed that you did not find your happiness and we sincerely wish you to find it with our fellow perfumers! ippi patchouli, this perfume of yesterday, today and tomorrow, which crosses time on your skin Kadidja!

And we are very happy that you take so much pleasure in perfuming yourself with our Marie kilim eau de parfum! Concerning our incenses we would have preferred that you like them as much but it can't work every time... They are however highly concentrated in perfume but I think you are referring to the smell of rattan which leaves an olfactory trace when burned. It's a very interesting feedback Isabelle, which proves how a perfume can react differently to different skins. Our ippi patchouli fragrance is recognized by our customers as one of the most intense with a long-lasting scent. I'm glad you like this fragrance and that you'll be happy with 555 too! Thank you for your feedback Jean-François. We would be curious to know what is the "only" fragrance in our collection that you consider masculine? The appreciation of a fragrance is very subjective and opinions can differ from one perfume to another. But go and explain to the many men who wear our "mixed and masculine" perfumes indicated on the dedicated page of our site that they wear a perfume for women, I don't think they share your opinion... Besides, why should some ingredients be feminine and others masculine? If in Europe few men wear flowery perfumes, they are numerous to wear rose in the Middle East for example. It's all a question of olfactory culture and one must be wary of the codes imposed in Europe by marketing campaigns for decades. Everyone is free to appreciate and adopt a perfume according to their taste. I hope you have at least appreciated the perfume you consider as masculine, otherwise good luck in your research!

Some perfumes are made to be powerful and leave a trail, others are thought to be discreet and confidential: we try to offer a balanced collection to meet the different tastes of our customers. Please note, however, that since our samples are equipped with an earpiece (and not a spray bottle), the result is not always representative. However, our bottles are equipped with a spray bottle that allows for a better dosage and distribution of the perfume, thus improving the feeling of hold. Also keep in mind that each skin is different, and the same perfume will last more or less on different people. But on the whole, the samples sent being eaux de parfum, they offer a nice concentration offering a hold from half a day to a day on the skin and more on clothes. If you like very intense perfumes, you can also use your coupon to treat yourself to a pure perfume, which is even more concentrated than the eau de parfum, and therefore lasts longer with a higher intensity. Thank you for this informative feedback Isabelle! The first scent listed, enkor, is mostly citrus, so despite its high concentration, it's a naturally volatile scent. The second one, ïōdé, however, has a fairly long lasting hold generally, but indeed this can vary from person to person! As much as I gladly grant you that our "musc originel" is a resolutely confidential perfume since it was created to be discreet, as much as our eau de parfum SO is considered powerful by the great majority of the people who wear it. But that's the beauty of perfume: it reacts differently from one person to another, because our skin plays a major role! Sometimes it's unfair, sometimes it's what makes perfume magical, when the alchemy between it and our skin is perfect :) Since you like SO, you should know that it also exists in pure perfume: the smell is the same as the eau de parfum, but the pure perfume being even more concentrated, it is more intense and lasts longer on your skin and clothes... Concerning the cases of our 100ml eau de parfum, they are indeed equipped with 2 security slots that allow to block the flap. The case can be opened by hand without having to tear it, but it is indeed even easier with a flat blade. This type of system will allow us to eventually eliminate the plastic that surrounds our cases: a goal that we have set for ourselves to be ever more eco-responsible. If you are disappointed that the kilim incense does not have exactly the same smell as the perfume, it's normal: the incense diffuses its fragrance by combustion, so the basic formula is adapted and the smell is necessarily slightly different. Thank you for your feedback Brigitte, we are already happy that you appreciated the quality of our service. Concerning our ippi patchouli perfume, it has not changed but the explanation is surely elsewhere! With time, and the more we wear a perfume, our brain has a tendency to "fall asleep": as it gets used to a smell, we have the impression of not smelling our perfume anymore (or less). We can also have the impression that it has changed, because the brain then makes the effort to discover other ingredients and other notes of the perfume, less obvious to perceive at first. To fight against this natural phenomenon that affects us all after wearing the same perfume for a long time, we advise you to either change perfume for a few weeks/months to better find the smell of ippi patchouli (this would be an opportunity to test the sunny ippi patchouli CLAIR which is perfect for summer) or to switch to a higher concentration with the pure ippi patchouli perfume (the same smell but more concentrated and therefore more intense). Note that if you choose the second solution, you may find the same addiction concerns after a while... I hope this feedback will help you to better understand the origin of your problem and I'll see you soon!
