Response from CARREMENT BELLE
Your discount voucher is valid for 30 days from the time of the order: yours expired on June 10 only. But since you feel that this is not enough, I have just extended it until June 30: you just had to ask :) Happy discovering... hoping that you will love them so much that you will have a hard time making a choice!

Very disappointed by the perfumes..

Response from CARREMENT BELLE
We are also disappointed Fanny: unfortunately, the magic doesn't work every time, despite the choice offered by the variety of our collection... It sometimes takes time to find your perfume, but that's what makes the pleasure so intense when you find the right one! We wish you to find your happiness with our colleagues. Thank you again for your curiosity and see you soon perhaps...

The package arrived quickly. Everything was very well presented, just a note about the sample doses, a small spray would be more practical for diffusing the scents 😊 Otherwise perfect, your fragrances are very pleasant and it will be a big dilemma to decide 😌

Response from CARREMENT BELLE
Thank you for these sweet words, France: we can't wait to see which fragrance(s) you will fall for! Thank you also for this constructive feedback: it is true that a spray would be more practical than a roll-on for testing the fragrances. For now, we have not planned to change the format as the rest of the packaging for this set is designed around this format, but we will take your comment into account for future improvements! Have a great start to the week and we hope to see you very soon...

Order arrived on time. Extra fragrance, I will just return the perfume essence next time. But for summer, it's very good. Thank you.

It's a shame that 2 of the 3 samples were broken in the package 📦

Response from CARREMENT BELLE
You did well to inform us, Catherine, and we are sorry for this mishap: despite all our precautions and protections, packages can be mishandled during delivery and the samples sometimes suffer the consequences. Please let us know which 2 samples are affected: we will add them to your next order! Thank you for your loyalty and have a great day in Belgium...

I had bought a bottle from a local merchant. Unfortunately, he no longer had the fragrance I wanted. An ad appeared on FB. I immediately placed an order and two days later it was delivered... Great 😊
