Customer reviews of CARREMENT BELLE

So we can say that you had flair Sophie! Have a great fragrance adventure with our vanilla and ippi patchouli fragrances, and welcome to the Carrément Belle famille!

Here's a heartwarming return Anne! We hope you brought your bottle of pure ïōdé perfume to perfume your summer... See you soon!

I'm glad to read that this is the beginning of a long romance with our ippi patchouli eau de parfum Laurence! Have a nice perfumed adventure and see you soon!

Good evening Saida and thank you for your feedback although we are sorry that the alchemy does not take between our ippi patchouli and your skin. We take as much care in the quality of our service as in the quality of our products, that's why we offer eaux de parfum which are already very concentrated, and pure perfumes which are even more concentrated in raw materials and therefore even more intense. We cannot let you say that our ippi patchouli eau de parfum does not hold or smell "anything at all, otherwise it would not be our iconic perfume since 1988. On the other hand, it is true that a perfume can react differently on different people, especially because some skins drink the perfume more than others. It is because it is so difficult to find HIS fragrance that it is so important once you have put your nose on it: give this new fragrance time and if your skin drinks it up too quickly perfume your hair, clothes and accessories to enjoy it differently! We sincerely hope that with time the magic will work and we wish you a nice evening!

I remember well our conversation Raphaël and I'm sorry you find SO too feminine for your taste. As explained in the chat SO is worn by both men and women among our customers, but it is true that perfume is very subjective and we don't always have the same definition of gender. Perhaps you should have ordered our Discovery Pack first, but I'm at least reassured that you seem to like the musk eau de parfum that you also ordered. Do not hesitate to mix these two fragrances which go very well together and will perhaps be more masculine to your taste once combined... Nice evening and see you soon I hope! Maxime

Thank you for thinking of our Nolan Mother's Day fragrances! We hope your lucky mom will find her happiness among our collection...

We are also disappointed if you are not fully satisfied Karyne. You say that our ippi patchouli fragrance doesn't "smell like patchouli", but what do you mean by that? This fragrance features Indonesian patchouli indeed, but this ingredient is surrounded by other raw materials to give it contrast and depth as we state on the fragrance sheet. Also it would be interesting to know how you yourself describe the smell of patchouli, as we all have a different interpretation of a smell, and often we refer to fragrances in which the ingredient described was also surrounded by other ingredients. However, we are a little surprised by your comment about the "little scent" of this fragrance which is one of the most powerful in our collection. This perfume is our very first creation dating back to 1988 and since then, its followers praise its persistence (how it stays on the skin). Especially since you ordered the eau de parfum (already highly concentrated in raw materials, therefore powerful by nature) and the pure perfume (even more concentrated therefore more intense), but also the candle which contains more than 10% of perfume, which is a lot, believe us. But perhaps your skin particularly drinks the perfumes in which case we advise you to perfume your clothes or hair for example, on which the perfume will act longer. We are at least relieved that you appreciated the speed of our team to process your order and the quality of the service provided, and I hope that time will make you appreciate our iconic ippi patchouli: this is the magic of Perfume which is alive and can always surprise us! Have a nice day and see you soon... Maxime

The suspense is unbearable Françoise: we want to know for which perfume(s) your nose has succumbed! Have a nice day and see you soon...

Thank you for perfuming your home with our SO Sylviane incense. You can count on its oriental fragrance to make you travel from your sofa!

Thank you Sylvie for your feedback, we can't wait to know which perfume has made your nose fall in love with it... See you soon for new perfumed adventures!

Indeed, when you don't know our perfumes we always advise you to start by ordering our Discovery Pack to test them. If the magic didn't work with enkor, we are delighted to read that you fell in love with label rose Sofia, and we hope to see you back here soon!

What a joy to see that you have found your happiness with the Helene Discovery Pack! Our musk and vanilla scents are happy to stick to your skin and follow you on your daily adventures!

Annie and ippi patchouli said OUIII to each other, this is a great way to start our day ❤️

We are happy that you are sensitive to these small gestures Carole. Feel free to tell us what we could improve to make your next experience perfect and earn the 5 stars! We hope that ippi patchouli helped you start the day with a good nose and we hope to see you soon...

Indeed Roselyne, we never make discounts or sales because since 1988 we offer high quality fragrances at fair prices... all year round! On the other hand, we always slip a little attention in each parcel and sometimes even more beautiful gifts to thank you for your loyalty. I note that we have thus offered you during your various orders 1 kilim incense case, 1 shaking incense case and lately 1 pocket mirror, I hope you have appreciated these gifts. Beautiful day scented with the oriental "kilim" and happy holidays!

It seems that we share common values, Michèle, because for more than 30 years we have been investing most of our budget in the quality of perfume, and opt for simple, elegant and timeless packaging to sublimate our juices. We will try to take even more care of the presentation and to surprise you with your next order in order to obtain the 5 stars! Nice evening and see you soon we hope...

Good evening, Isabelle! Thank you for having had the curiosity to discover our fragrances: we would have liked love at first sight to occur between our fragrances and your nose, but our tastes evolve over time so we don't lose hope! Have a nice holiday and see you soon maybe...
