Hello, I just want to report that I did not receive my package on time due to the incomplete address label from your side. Otherwise, the perfume itself is great, I love it, and I will order another one but in a different fragrance from the samples I received. Thank you.

Shipping, delivery on point. The product ordered, however...... Useless, nothing to do with the essence ordered. I will not order from you again and will not recommend your brand.

Response from CARREMENT BELLE
I am relieved that our phone conversation helped to better understand the problem and reassured you about the quality of our perfumes Jean-François. In the future, whether with us or with our colleagues, do not hesitate to order a sample box before you start. I hope you find your happiness among the 3 samples offered in your package, otherwise good luck and see you soon maybe! Maxime

I received the perfume very quickly. I am satisfied with my purchase: ippi pure patchouli essence. It smells very good and lasts a long time, no need to apply much. I recommend it to all patchouli lovers.

I had been looking for a good patchouli perfume for a long time and I finally found a real patchouli. Small downside, the shipping costs to Belgium (10 euros)
