CARREMENT BELLE consistently delivers fast shipping and careful, well-packaged orders, with many customers noting handwritten notes and small personalized touches that feel human and attentive. The product quality stands out through repeatedly praised scents, variety in discovery packs, and nicely presented packaging that includes samples, notes, and occasional gifts, encouraging gradual exploration and repeat purchases. Customers highlight responsive, courteous service and a professional, quick order experience that reinforces trust and reliability from purchase to delivery. Overall, the store is described as a reliable, customer-focused brand with attractive packaging, thoughtful extras, and consistent delivery performance.
I love receiving my Carrément Belle orders because the packaging is always neat, with a little surprise and special attention inside. The delivery times are very short and I'm a fan of the Kilim!

Beautiful presentation, fragrance as I expected Fast delivery the only thing I regret is that I made a mistake in choosing the samples I would have liked to smell the patchouli compared to what I wear reminescence patchouli too bad

Too bad it won't last long
Translated reviews
Response from CARREMENT BELLE
We can never guarantee how long a Corinne perfume will last, as it depends very much on the wearer's skin. If an eau de parfum from our collection doesn't last long enough on you, don't hesitate to try its pur parfum version, which is even more concentrated in raw materials (and therefore even more intense) and should last longer on your skin!

Fast, secure delivery. Lots of little bonuses in the envelope: perfume descriptions, discount coupon. And the fragrances are very interesting because they're original, with nice evolutions on the skin. Very satisfied, I'm waiting to test all my samples before placing an order :)

Your terms and conditions state that 3 samples are enclosed with every order, but I haven't received any 😔
Translated reviews
Response from CARREMENT BELLE
This is normal, Nadège, because your order contained our Discovery Pack, which already contains samples of all our eaux de parfum and is reimbursed via the 15€ voucher you received (valid for 30 days and only sent after the first purchase of the Discovery Pack). If you order again in the future, and don't order the Discovery Pack, you'll see that you can choose the 3 free samples directly in the basket before finalizing your order! Sorry for the misunderstanding, I hope you enjoyed your fragrance, found some nuggets in our sample box and appreciated the free pouch... Happy New Year and see you soon! Maxime
