Everything went smoothly, and the shipment was fast. I first quietly tested all the fragrances I was interested in with the sample pack before buying a large bottle (a pack that is reimbursed with the purchase of a bottle). I'm very happy with it!

Hello Martine and thank you for your kind feedback! A little clarification about shipping costs: we ask for a contribution of 5€ (point retrait) or 6€ (home delivery against signature), but you should know that we already cover part of the shipping costs, since it costs us an average of 10€ to send a parcel. Our shipping costs have remained the same since 2012, despite the explosion in transport costs over the past few years, so it's hard for us to do better. On the other hand, we offer free delivery in France for orders over €60 :)

Long-time customer, always satisfied. The only drawback is the delivery by Colissimo in a relay, the parcels are returned after 4 days. With the vacations I didn't have time to pick it up.

I'd like to take advantage of this message to clarify something about your last order: the parcel was indeed returned as you didn't collect it in time, because the collection point you chose (a Consigne) has a very specific policy with collection required within 5 days only, unlike other collection points (post offices, retailers) which keep parcels for 2 weeks. Don't hesitate to ask us the next time you're in doubt about which collection point to choose - we'll be delighted to advise you! Ordered the discovery pack and received it very quickly. The packaging is neat and attractive. A small booklet tells the story of the company and details the scents of all the samples provided. I was able to test the ones that suited me and appreciate how they evolved on my skin over the course of the day. The icing on the cake was a small, nicely autographed card enclosed in the parcel. My partner and I will be able to place our order having made our olfactory choice at home. What's more, the price of this pack will be deducted from the price of our order. To sum up, I'm delighted with my experience with "Carrément Belle".
