I absolutely love the scent but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to last, I can’t smell it after a couple of hours. When I sprayed it on a tested stick it seemed to last all day but I can’t smell it the same on myself.

This perfume is not designed to be very powerful: its formula contains for instance many citrus, which are intense but very volatiles by nature. Hello, the product is good, but I had to pay in addition to the port, for customs clearance: 25 euro! not justified because I also paid the vat. it is not tut profitable to be honest. when you send a package or EU it should never put the invoice in document but, gift or samples otherwise customs charge a maximum.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us Zelda, I'm glad you like our perfumes! Unfortunately, there's not much we can do about customs clearance fees: each country (outside the EU) has its own customs fees, and we can't do anything about them. The same goes for the VAT we have to pay. Declaring your parcel as a "gift" or "sample" would be illegal, and would put us in an awkward position as it is a commercial shipment. Please note that we only charge a €10 postage fee (which in reality costs us at least double) and that delivery is free in Switzerland for orders over €120. Don't hesitate to have your order delivered to France if you have friends or family there whom you see regularly. Have a nice day and enjoy your perfumes! Maxime

Hello Martine and thank you for your kind feedback! A little clarification about shipping costs: we ask for a contribution of 5€ (point retrait) or 6€ (home delivery against signature), but you should know that we already cover part of the shipping costs, since it costs us an average of 10€ to send a parcel. Our shipping costs have remained the same since 2012, despite the explosion in transport costs over the past few years, so it's hard for us to do better. On the other hand, we offer free delivery in France for orders over €60 :)

Long-time customer, always satisfied. The only drawback is the delivery by Colissimo in a relay, the parcels are returned after 4 days. With the vacations I didn't have time to pick it up.

I'd like to take advantage of this message to clarify something about your last order: the parcel was indeed returned as you didn't collect it in time, because the collection point you chose (a Consigne) has a very specific policy with collection required within 5 days only, unlike other collection points (post offices, retailers) which keep parcels for 2 weeks. Don't hesitate to ask us the next time you're in doubt about which collection point to choose - we'll be delighted to advise you!
