Thanks for the feedback Odile, we're so glad to read that you love the chypre scent of ïōdé! The floral heart and woody base of this fragrance offer a nice staying power in general, but it can vary from skin to skin. Here are 2 tips: scent your clothes on which the fragrance will last longer, and don't hesitate to try the "pure perfume" version which is even more concentrated than eau de parfum, and thus more intense. Hello Pauline, and thank you for having been curious to discover our fragrances! We must admit that we are surprised by your message, because our 12 current eaux de parfum, which you were able to test thanks to our Discovery Pack, are all very different. From the discreet musk to the powerful kilim, from the floral label rose to the woody and earthy ippi patchouli, from the aromatic alfred kafé to the marine ïōdé or from the gourmand vanilla to the festive alõ to name a few, we find it difficult to compare. Certainly several perfumes belong to the same olfactory family (musky ones are represented by musk and original musk, oriental ones by ippi patchouli, kilim or so for example), but we try to build, perfume by perfume, a balanced and varied collection. In any case, we are the first to be disappointed that you did not find your happiness and we sincerely wish you to find it with our fellow perfumers! Thank you for your curiosity to discover our creations Sandrine, it's a pleasure to read that you like our fragrances. Some perfumes are made to be powerful and leave a trail, others are thought to be discreet and confidential: we try to offer a balanced collection to meet the different tastes of our customers. Please note, however, that since our samples are equipped with an earpiece (and not a spray bottle), the result is not always representative. However, our bottles are equipped with a spray bottle that allows for a better dosage and distribution of the perfume, thus improving the feeling of hold. Also keep in mind that each skin is different, and the same perfume will last more or less on different people. But on the whole, the samples sent being eaux de parfum, they offer a nice concentration offering a hold from half a day to a day on the skin and more on clothes. If you like very intense perfumes, you can also use your coupon to treat yourself to a pure perfume, which is even more concentrated than the eau de parfum, and therefore lasts longer with a higher intensity. As much as I gladly grant you that our "musc originel" is a resolutely confidential perfume since it was created to be discreet, as much as our eau de parfum SO is considered powerful by the great majority of the people who wear it. But that's the beauty of perfume: it reacts differently from one person to another, because our skin plays a major role! Sometimes it's unfair, sometimes it's what makes perfume magical, when the alchemy between it and our skin is perfect :) Since you like SO, you should know that it also exists in pure perfume: the smell is the same as the eau de parfum, but the pure perfume being even more concentrated, it is more intense and lasts longer on your skin and clothes... Concerning the cases of our 100ml eau de parfum, they are indeed equipped with 2 security slots that allow to block the flap. The case can be opened by hand without having to tear it, but it is indeed even easier with a flat blade. This type of system will allow us to eventually eliminate the plastic that surrounds our cases: a goal that we have set for ourselves to be ever more eco-responsible. If you are disappointed that the kilim incense does not have exactly the same smell as the perfume, it's normal: the incense diffuses its fragrance by combustion, so the basic formula is adapted and the smell is necessarily slightly different. The staying power of a perfume can vary from one person to another because all skins are different, but if you like the smell of it, don't hesitate to perfume your clothes or your hair, on which the perfume stays longer. You might also love pure perfume: the smell is the same but pure perfume is even more concentrated than eau de parfum, so it lasts longer on your skin and/or clothes!

Most of our clients are satisfied with the staying power of the eau de parfum, and others look for even more intensity in the pure perfume which is even more concentrated in raw materials. But from one client to another, the hold of a perfume varies because we all have different skin types. Perfume is fascinating because everyone interprets and feels it in a very personal way: tuberose is indeed present in our ippi patchouli fragrance but it is only a minor ingredient in its composition, as well as the sunny side mentioned which is discreet in this fragrance but much more present in its "clear" version (of which you received a sample). On the other hand, the main ingredient of this perfume is patchouli, with its earthy and woody facets, although it is quite possible that your olfactory sensitivity will perceive more other notes. As for the staying power of a perfume, it depends a lot on your skin. Yours must be greedy and drink the perfume quickly, because the ippi patchouli eau de parfum has been designed to leave a powerful trail behind your steps, during the whole day or almost. Hello Yves, and thank you for your feedback! Some of our perfumes were designed to be resolutely confidential, but alfred kafé is nevertheless a fragrance with a very present trail. However, the staying power of a perfume also depends a lot on the skin of the person who wears it, that's why the same perfume can look so different from one skin to another! A little tip to enjoy the scent of alfred kafé longer: perfume your clothes, a scarf in winter or your hair for example! Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or other feedback... We are sorry to read that it was not love at first sight with ippi patchouli. I can confirm that the patchouli is indeed present, in a natural form and coming from Indonesia. If the eau de parfum is too intense for your taste, feel free to spray (in moderation) your clothes or above you for example to create a mist that will delicately perfume you. We are delighted to see that our SO incense will have seduced you with its amber scent!
