I received my discovery pack yesterday... So I think we need to review the way the samples are sent. I have 4 that were broken in the envelope. The envelope smelled really good as a result. Apart from that, the idea is good and the remaining samples smell very good too.

Response from CARREMENT BELLE
What a pleasure to read that you've enjoyed our Florence fragrances - we can't wait to see which one(s) you'll fall for! Sorry to hear, however, that 4 samples arrived broken: despite all our vigilance, parcels are sometimes mishandled during delivery. Let us know which fragrances they are and we'll get back to you to arrange for you to try them out! Have a nice day and see you soon... Maxime

Divine scents! Fast delivery, but delivery directly to the letterbox would be a plus.

I spoke to the sales manager on the phone because I couldn't pay with my card, and she was perfect: efficient, interesting about her products, which she knows very well, and very kind. It's a real pleasure to be helped by a human being who really wants to serve you well, because he knows his stuff. I already loved these perfumes, so now I love the whole thing, the perfume and the company that runs it.

2nd order and still very satisfied. Product well packaged, nice attention, good products, and fast delivery. I just got a very different bottle from the photo ... it's also "vanilla" but I don't know if it's the same as the old one, if it's only the packaging that's changed or not ...
