I spoke to the sales manager on the phone because I couldn't pay with my card, and she was perfect: efficient, interesting about her products, which she knows very well, and very kind. It's a real pleasure to be helped by a human being who really wants to serve you well, because he knows his stuff. I already loved these perfumes, so now I love the whole thing, the perfume and the company that runs it.

Very fast delivery. Well packaged. Very good products. I find the scarf a little small but I should have checked before, I would not have ordered it if I had looked at the size.
