Indeed, their tire is made of soft polyurethane to protect delicate floors. This essential softness means that the brake can slightly slip under the weight or impulse of a moving chair, which explains the lack of rigidity you noticed. For a chair, you need wheels that meet specific seating standards.

Although the product is not defective but simply unsuitable for your use, we do not want to leave you with a bad experience. I therefore propose that you return the set for a full refund so that you can equip yourself with compliant wheels for your chair.

It may be that in some batches the rubber produces reactions related to the rubber salt present inside.
This can cause whitening that is unpredictable. We were not aware of this incident in order to handle a customer service issue.

The spacers are indeed removable in order to have a durable product and to be able to replace them if wear is too significant. 90% of the models on the market are designed not to be repaired when the hub deteriorates over the years. You have purchased a wheel made in France, very durable, made from recycled rubber, therefore ecological, and moreover, it is repairable at the hub! If the ring came out during assembly, it means you did not insert your axle in a centered manner, which caused it to come out of its housing. It only takes 3 or 4 seconds to put it back and does not affect the strength at all!!

We simply ask that you return the package at your own expense, as the merchandise had to be picked up in Spain, near Madrid, but you refused to pay for the shipping. Our general policy accepts product exchanges without issue, and returns are free, but only from France. As for the marks on the floor, it would have been ideal for you to consult us beforehand, as your floor might be too fragile. Sometimes, on very soft parquet floors, a roller can puncture and leave marks. We apologize for this negative experience.
