problem at the time of the order at the beginning, confusion between address of invoicing and address of delivery. the parcel was delivered to the bad address, then it took one week to receive caviar at the good place. Neuvic was reagent by e-mail and present pat telephone but nothing made there has made.

The delivery service needs to be reviewed: it is imperative to be there but with an amplitude of 4 h it is necessary to take a day off work! in addition 2 days in a row since the 1st day no delivery and warned at the last moment.moreover the product was not in a cooler.

If you wish, we can provide you with the temperature curve of the parcel. As for the time of delivery, unfortunately our carrier cannot guarantee a precise time of arrival. That's why we recommend our customers to be at home in the morning.
