Response from Caviar de Neuvic
Hello, Following our telephone discussion, we will do our utmost to ensure that the "caviar sélection" range is better differentiated from the "caviar du Domaine" range. Have a nice day!

Perfect site, clear explanation and transparency on the origins of caviar!
First purchase completely satisfied Small technical problem: as soon as you consult an article, it is automatically put in the basket. ( at least on iOS )

As far as internet sales are concerned, I can only express my satisfaction; delivery was on time and of impeccable quality.
I had the bad idea of asking for the same conditions at the Neuvic boutique where I had gone to buy a few boxes and to find out about the "tasting cards" and there I came up against the surprising rigidity of the sales staff in charge, which led me to place my order on the internet. It's a shame........!

Instinctive website, fast delivery, very good product ... but a bit expensive, and it's a shame that you can't choose your delivery day (this forced me to place my order just before the date when I could pick up the product, and not before).

No freezer blocks in the packaging, the boxes arrived at room temperature, not refrigerated. Did this affect the quality of the products?

Fast, careful delivery. However, given the price and quantity ordered, it would have been nice if the caviar had come with a spoon.

Good, but the delivery time is too long, it's difficult to be at home all day. I had to manage to pick it up in Nantes.
