Bonjour Larissa,

Delivery expected in 24 hours but I received it 48 hours later... even though I was asked to choose a paid delivery method which was not respected during delivery... if it's a very good product I recommend

Hello Greg,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that our products did not meet your expectations.
Indeed, we carry out a strict selection of our flowers and resins and we only offer the best batches for sale (in terms of price quality and quality only). It is this hard work that allows us to receive excellent feedback. We understand that everyone's tastes and preferences are different. However, we are convinced that with nearly 80 different varieties in our shop, you could have found several products that suit you, particularly the hydroponic range.
For your information, we tried to contact you to find a solution (refund of order or sending a premium sample).
Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we invite you to contact us directly, via chat, phone, SMS, email or on social media. We would like to offer you a commercial gesture and are convinced that we can find a solution that suits you regarding your order.
Best regards,
The CBDOO team

Hello, I really need a high concentration CBD oil to soothe my joint and muscle pain: my back, neck, shoulders, arms, and wrists are in need of some relief. I can only consume CBD in oil form, as I do not smoke. If the plant can be taken in ways other than smoked, could you explain the other methods of ingestion? Best regards.

Good site but the quality is not consistent and it's very detrimental when you take 20 grams of such a good resin once and mediocre the next time. I accept that there can be a slight difference but there are limits.

Response from CBDOO
Hello Laura,
Thank you very much for your feedback,
We understand that tastes can vary, but it seems that the issue does not come from the quality of our products, but rather from a matter of personal preference. We understand that when ordering a variety, it may not suit everyone as tastes and preferences differ. However, we are convinced that with nearly 80 different varieties in our shop, you could have found several products that suit you.
To be honest, we are quite surprised; we confirm that several of the products you ordered are best sellers (OG Kush, G13 Haze, Hydroponic Zombie Kush) and receive a lot of positive reviews, which cannot be the case if the products have no taste. However, we understand that tastes and colors differ for everyone.
We always strive to make 100% of our customers satisfied. This is why we have tried to contact you by phone several times to find a solution and offer you a commercial gesture. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers, do not hesitate to contact us again via chat, phone, SMS, email, or on social media.
