Response from CBDOO
Hello Linda,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry that the Super Royal Haze seemed too dry to you. For your information, it is one of our best-selling varieties that receives a lot of positive feedback; therefore, it is unlikely that the quality of the batch is to blame. However, transportation and storage conditions (heat, dry air) can dry out the flowers after shipping. We understand that everyone has different tastes and preferences, and we strive to satisfy all our customers.
We would have liked to offer you this solution directly. We tried to reach you to find an arrangement. Please feel free to contact us again via chat, phone, SMS, email, or social media: we would be happy to offer you a commercial gesture.
Best regards,
The CBDOO team

Delivery arrived on the scheduled day. Products matching what is written but not particularly to my expectations. I am looking for something stronger, if you can advise me I am interested.
