Reliable sellers, the package arrived in a few days, the package was super anonymous and the quality of the product is good, but not strong enough.

Response from CBDOO Published on 23/07/2025

Hello Dimitri,

Thank you for sharing your opinion.

We are sorry to hear that the Blueberry did not fully satisfy you. However, it is unfortunate that you did not contact us directly: this would have allowed us to understand your feelings in more detail and offer you a solution.

Our products are rigorously checked before shipping, and if an exceptional issue occurs during transport (drying, crushing, etc.), we are always available to intervene. We are very surprised by your feedback; this is the first time we have read such a comment about the Blueberry, a variety that is one of our best sellers and was offered as a gift for several weeks.

We have tried to reach you several times to find a solution. Our priority is customer satisfaction. We therefore invite you to contact us again by email, phone, chat, or social media; we would be happy to offer you a commercial gesture and guide you towards a variety that better meets your expectations.

Best regards,
The CBDOO team

Quality products, fair prices, nothing to complain about. The only precaution is to avoid delivery by Chronopost, the guaranteed 48 hours turned into 12 days.
