Esperava por mais. Achei o HHC fraco perto do meu jeito. Sou experiente com TCH Esperava. Olha que já encontrei melhores na CANAPULF.

The product must have been old, I even thought it was a scam. The high price led me to believe it was a quality product, but that's not the case, I threw everything away and no longer recommend it.

Response from CBDOO
Hello Mr. Boukherma,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear that the product received did not meet your expectations.
We completely understand your disappointment, especially since the price can naturally create high expectations. That said, we want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to ensure the quality and freshness of our products, with regular controls and a customer service available 7 days a week to respond to any complaints. Moreover, since the review concerns the Terminator, a best-selling product of exceptional quality (grown hydroponically), your feedback is quite surprising.
In your case, it would have been preferable to contact us before throwing the product away. We could have offered you an exchange, a refund, or any other suitable solution. Our priority is always the satisfaction of our customers, even when things do not go as planned. Once again, your feedback is surprising. We do not understand the multiple negative reviews you leave regarding us, claiming to never recommend, yet ultimately placing several orders each time. Why recommend if you are so dissatisfied with our store? Since this review left on March 31, you have reordered 4 times, and you refuse each time our attempts to contact you to find a solution and understand what happened.
Our goal is always to satisfy our customers and maintain a transparent and constructive dialogue. Do not hesitate to get back to us, we will be happy to help you.
Best regards,
The CBDOO Team
