Overall, I am very satisfied with you! Only the last 2 orders, both white widow and now cbg, have a lot of seeds in them, and it is also noticeable that there are 2 types found in the cbg. I understand that there is a seed here and there, but if your yont stinks and tastes bad, I don't find that very pleasant. In 50g of white, I have removed more than 20 seeds, but these were large, fully grown, and easy to find. The cbg seeds are not always fully grown and very difficult to find; also, the husks of the seeds end up in my yont and are really not tasty. Also, very nice and good communication with Jeremy!

Hello , - Very good quality - I think delivery could be free over a threshold of (40€ or 50€) - When we have a problem, it is well resolved, but not fast enough on the response time. - Have a better discount voucher after 5 or 10 orders placed. Here is my opinion... Thank you in advance

I once again had an issue with Chronopost service, no possibility of having real-time tracking and the package was delivered two days late. I even received an email and a text message from Chronopost telling me that my package had arrived at the pickup point when it had already been two days since I picked it up.

Delivery is always fast, but the quality is no longer there, despite the discount and the fact that they are old flowers, it used to be very good, but now, it's straw. And the resin is the same, a support with an addition of CBD, no smell, no taste... Anyway, too bad.

Hello Jérôme,
We are sorry that the taste of the product did not meet your expectations. Tastes and preferences being very personal, some references may indeed not suit everyone.
Fortunately, we offer different varieties and references with very different aromatic profiles, some of which are particularly appreciated for their stronger and more indulgent flavors.
We have also tried to contact you to discuss with you and propose a solution.
Do not hesitate to contact us directly: we will be happy to advise you and guide you towards a tastier reference that better matches your preferences.

We are sorry that the effects felt did not meet your expectations and we completely understand your disappointment.
We have actually tried to contact you in order to discuss with you and find a solution that could satisfy you.
However, we would like to clarify that our products are made from natural references and naturally sourced cannabinoids. CBD can provide a feeling of relaxation and calm, but it is not intended to produce any psychoactive effect or a 'high' effect.
Once again, we apologize for this experience, and thank you nonetheless for your feedback, which allows us to continue improving our service.

Satisfied with my order but the delivery by GLS was catastrophic. The delivery person did not drop the package in the locker (I pass by it every day and it is clearly visible) and the order was finally delivered to my home 3 days later, so more than a week after my order. You are not to blame (there are worse things on earth) but GLS has let me down twice. PS: thanks for the rolling papers ;)

Hello Vincent,
Thank you very much for your detailed feedback.
We are delighted that the Ice O Lator Hash fully satisfies you; regarding the Malana Cream, we are confident that it will charm you, it is one of our most appreciated resins.
However, we are sorry that the shatter did not meet your expectations. To be honest, it is a concentrated product on clearance at a reduced price. As you know, we can send samples to compensate for the product you do not like ;)
Do not hesitate to contact us again via chat, phone, SMS, email, or on social media, we will be happy to guide you towards the references that best match your preferences.
