Thank you for your feedback. We understand that tastes and expectations in terms of potency can vary from person to person. If you want more potent products, we can recommend our hydroponic range. For your information, this remains CBD, which consequently offers mild effects.
We always strive to make 100% of our customers satisfied, feel free to contact us again via chat, phone, SMS, email, or on social media, we will be happy to guide you towards products better suited to your preferences.
Best regards,

Hello, I really need a high concentration CBD oil to soothe my joint and muscle pain: my back, neck, shoulders, arms, and wrists are in need of some relief. I can only consume CBD in oil form, as I do not smoke. If the plant can be taken in ways other than smoked, could you explain the other methods of ingestion? Best regards.

Top and fast order, the only downside is that from the second order onwards, we are asked for a minimum purchase of 30€, it's a shame.

Response from CBDOO
Hello Dominic,
Thank you for your feedback.
We apply a minimum order of 30 € because below this amount, most of our products are not profitable (preparation, packaging, logistics). This allows us to maintain a responsive and quality service, especially in case of unforeseen events (e.g. delivery issues), where we implement quick solutions such as resending orders for example.
Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we invite you to contact us directly, via chat, phone, SMS, email or on social media. We would like to offer you a commercial gesture and are convinced that we can find a solution that suits you regarding your order.
Best regards,
The CBDOO team

Great! Quality weed with an excellent taste. Delivered on time (4 days excluding weekends for me, since I ordered on a Wednesday, I was delivered on Tuesday. So I recommend ordering on Monday) with a tracking number. Plus, a small gift is included with the package.

Good site but the quality is not consistent and it's very detrimental when you take 20 grams of such a good resin once and mediocre the next time. I accept that there can be a slight difference but there are limits.

A few orders placed on this site and each time, despite some fairly qualitative references, (mostly hydro flowers, which remain the most expensive) the rest of the indoor flowers are, for some, not bad at all, but the quality standard is not always the same.. Which is quite a shame.. Unfortunately for other references, despite the very attractive prices, the flowers are of rather poor quality. See for one in particular, just set aside impossible to smoke. But generally speaking, interesting site regarding the wide choice offered.

Hello Julien,
Thank you very much for your comment,
It is normal that with several dozen different varieties in our shop, preferences in terms of taste vary from one user to another.
We carry out a drastic selection of our flowers and resins and we only offer the best batches for sale (in terms of quality and price). It is this hard work that allows us to generally receive excellent feedback.
However, we understand that by ordering a few varieties, they may not suit everyone as tastes and preferences differ from person to person. We also add that our products are not for smoking but for infusing.
That is why we have tried to contact you to find a solution. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers, we invite you to contact us directly, via chat, phone, SMS, email, or on social media. We would like to offer you a commercial gesture and are convinced that we can find a solution that suits you.
