However, to be honest with you, we are surprised by your opinion. The Cream you received on July 2nd is part of the same batch as your orders from May 13th and 23rd; it was exactly the same product. If a product does not suit you in the future, do not hesitate to contact us again so that we can find a solution that works for you directly.

We are also surprised by the mention "Aside from 2 resins that are correct, the rest has no value in terms of smell, fragrance, and taste...". You have placed numerous orders since the beginning of this year, and we greatly appreciate that, but you have recommended more than 2 different resins (Ice O Lator Hash, Supreme 50%, Original Afghan, Malana Cream) several times. We understand that when ordering several resins, they may not suit everyone as tastes and preferences vary, which is why we offer nearly 20 different ones.

The timelines announced by Chronopost indicate a delivery within 1 business day after shipping, and orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day. We would like to correct your review, you ordered 20 grams of Space Monkey which was on promotion because it was a clearance item, the product was made up solely of trim. We sent you a higher quality product, made of big buds (Lemon OG Candy). The Lemon OG Candy had a very large discount on its price because it was in exceptional clearance, this does not take away from the fact that it was a quality product, superior to the Space Monkey.

We sincerely apologize for the mistake and take your feedback into account, we should have sent you a larger quantity of Lemon OG Candy, to account for the price difference.

You mention a total lack of potency on a product that you have already ordered several times with satisfaction, which does not correspond to the usual feedback on this reference (Lemon OG Candy) nor to our quality controls. It is the same batch of Lemon OG Candy since we put it online and this is the first and only feedback we have of this type; we regularly check the quality and effects of the products ourselves.

It is therefore very unlikely that such a discrepancy in feeling comes from the product itself. As indicated on our site, the effects can vary depending on many factors (receptors, individual tolerance, consumption context, etc.). It is possible that you have developed a tolerance with this product.

Regarding your comment on the product, we would like to provide some clarifications. We offer more than 100 varieties, with different taste profiles and textures. You tested two, and some flowers may indeed seem a bit more humid depending on their genetics, the curing method, or even the transport conditions. However, they are normally ready to use upon receipt. In some cases, transport can slightly alter the perceived humidity (depending on ambient humidity, duration, or temperature variations), although this remains rare.
