I understand that our (Belgium) legislation is still a bit behind in this regard. But I am glad that I can still enjoy this way.

Hello Dorian, Thank you for your feedback, For your information, to avoid the problem you mentioned at all costs, we check the weight of the bags at two different times during production by two different people. The first order preparer weighs the flowers he puts in the bag. The second preparer checks the weight of the bag during shipping. We have been applying this method for almost five years now. As a result, an error is extremely rare, if not impossible. Did you weigh it on two different scales? This is also why we tried to contact you by phone, SMS, and email several times to find a solution and possibly proceed with a reshipment, unfortunately without a response. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers; please do not hesitate to contact us again via chat, phone, SMS, email, or social media. Best regards, The CBDOO team

The products are identical to the visuals, unlike other sites, and the quality meets my expectations. The only downside is that the price doesn't allow me to place large orders. As a long-time consumer and former grower, I'm a bit demanding, but the high prices have to be justified. I recommend !!!!!!!!!

Very fast shipping, never disappointed with the quality. The only downside is the price of some products. I understand the work behind it but slightly more affordable prices would have been great. I have to wait for special offers for my moulamax which I love :P

Hello Mr. Verstraete,
Thank you very much for your feedback,
First of all, we apologize that the products arrived damaged due to the delivery. We have tried to contact you several times to find a solution, unfortunately we have not been able to reach you. We also think it's a shame that you have rated us 3 out of 5 stars for a problem beyond our control, especially as your first experience with us was a satisfactory one.
You should know that we are available 7 days a week, and that for every problem (whether beyond our control or not), we offer a solution where the customer always wins.
We're easy to reach and can be contacted via various platforms to find a solution, so don't hesitate to get in touch.
Best regards,
The CBDOO team
