Durban poison: great taste and super effect. And the lemon candy: good taste, but less pronounced effect than the Durban. Both are 10oh hc. But the quality is there!! 👌🏻

Response from CBDOO
Hello Guillaume,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that our products did not meet your expectations; however, we are also very surprised.

Indeed, we carry out a strict selection of our flowers and resins and we only offer the best batches for sale (in terms of price quality and quality only). It is this hard work that allows us to receive excellent feedback. We understand that by ordering a few varieties, they may not suit everyone as tastes and preferences vary. However, we are convinced that with nearly 80 different varieties in our shop, you could have found several products that suit you.

For your information, we have tried to contact you to find a solution (refund of the order or sending a premium sample).

Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we invite you to contact us directly, via chat, phone, SMS, email, or on social media. We would like to offer you a commercial gesture and are convinced that we can find a solution that suits you regarding your order.

Best regards,
The CBDOO team
