Order arrived well, not necessarily within the announced deadlines, product conforms to the description... prices could be lower, like all resellers, the "real" weed is often much cheaper

Response from CBDOO
Hello Laurent,
Thank you very much for your feedback.
We would like to clarify a few points: you placed your order on May 13 at 6:36 PM, it was shipped on May 14 and delivered on May 15. The timelines announced by Chronopost indicate a delivery within 1 business day after shipping, and orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day. All this information is visible before confirming the order and on our Delivery page: https://cbdoo.fr/livraison/.
Thank you for your feedback on the prices, and we completely understand it. We would like to add that we do our best to offer competitive prices with regular discounts. Several of our quality flowers are available for less than €2 per gram, not counting the promo codes and gifts that further reduce the final price.
We always strive to make 100% of our customers satisfied. This is also why we have tried to contact you by phone several times to find a solution and offer you a commercial gesture.
Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers. Please do not hesitate to contact us again via chat, phone, SMS, email, or through our social networks; we remain entirely at your disposal.
Best regards,
The CBDOO team

I'm not super happy, because I ordered 20g of weed for 90€ and customer service contacted me to say there is no more and that they would put 20g in the same range, so far so good. Once the package was received, I noticed that the 20g I received costs 70€, for a product in the same range, 20€ is still a big difference. I'm a bit disappointed about that.

Hello Fabrice,
Thank you for sharing your opinion,
We would like to correct your review, you ordered 20 grams of Space Monkey which was on promotion because it was a clearance item, the product was made up solely of trim. We sent you a higher quality product, made of big buds (Lemon OG Candy). The Lemon OG Candy had a very large discount on its price because it was in exceptional clearance, this does not take away from the fact that it was a quality product, superior to the Space Monkey.
We sincerely apologize for the mistake and take your feedback into account, we should have sent you a larger quantity of Lemon OG Candy, to account for the price difference.
We always strive to make 100% of our customers satisfied.

The power of certain flowers is never the same, it's really a shame because I chose a variety that I always liked. And my last order, no power at all.... Disappointed!

Response from CBDOO
Hello Mr. Helbecque
Thank you for your feedback.
We are surprised by your comment. You mention a total lack of potency on a product that you have already ordered several times with satisfaction, which does not correspond to the usual feedback on this reference (Lemon OG Candy) nor to our quality controls. It is the same batch of Lemon OG Candy since we put it online and this is the first and only feedback we have of this type; we regularly check the quality and effects of the products ourselves.
It is therefore very unlikely that such a discrepancy in feeling comes from the product itself. As indicated on our site, the effects can vary depending on many factors (receptors, individual tolerance, consumption context, etc.). It is possible that you have developed a tolerance with this product.
We have tried to contact you several times to find a solution. Our priority is customer satisfaction. We therefore invite you to contact us again by email, phone, chat, or social media; we would be happy to offer you a commercial gesture and guide you towards a variety more in line with your expectations.
