Hello, I really need a high concentration CBD oil to soothe my joint and muscle pain: my back, neck, shoulders, arms, and wrists are in need of some relief. I can only consume CBD in oil form, as I do not smoke. If the plant can be taken in ways other than smoked, could you explain the other methods of ingestion? Best regards.
