I ordered the adaptable for my glasses (clip-on arm) but since they are over 2 years old I had to tinker for it to work, it's a shame that the spare parts have such a short lifespan and are different.

Not the right product, request for refund. And they give you a credit note when the mail order, refund must be made in the payment method.
