Hello. Order placed on July 7, carrier called on July 9, appointment made for the 13th, but possible on the 12th. Product conforms. Assembly was a bit laborious for me, but I managed and am now enjoying my chair.

Following my order, the site sent me an e-mail to tell me that the product was no longer available and that I had to wait. I haven't heard from them since.
The polite thing to do would have been to tell me before I ordered, so I could have ordered elsewhere.
