I had called them to get more information about the product, before ordering a log set (bench, armchairs and table). They are very kind and helpful. The parcels arrived on time. And in good condition. It takes some muscle to assemble them, but the result is convincing. They're a hit and I always recommend them when people ask me where I got them. I decided not to treat them (maybe just with linseed oil) to let them keep their natural look.
