The product meets our expectations. However, the carrier leaves much to be desired (delivery announced by email for 06/06/25 between 8 AM and 3 PM, we block the day, at 4 PM we contact the carrier by phone: they forgot to inform us that it has been postponed to 10/06, we demand after 11 AM, they finally deliver to us only on 11/06 in the afternoon. I had called them to get more information about the product, before ordering a log set (bench, armchairs and table). They are very kind and helpful. The parcels arrived on time. And in good condition. It takes some muscle to assemble them, but the result is convincing. They're a hit and I always recommend them when people ask me where I got them. I decided not to treat them (maybe just with linseed oil) to let them keep their natural look.
We chose the cedar wood garden sofa Ref B7KD (3 seats); and we're very happy with it, it looks great on the terrace! Fast delivery, additional advice kindly given by the seller.
