A magnificent jewel delivered in a small magical and luminous box. The star missing just for me... out of naivety I overestimated the power of the photos. But everything has a price... small price, small stones, normal in reality... But beautiful ring in the end

Very beautiful ring with a good quality-price ratio. Unfortunately, the shipping time is too long (more than 1 month) and delivery via DHL is not great. Indeed, the tracking is not reliable and the delivery person left the ring in the mailbox when he was supposed to hand it to me against signature. For the price of the ring, I don't find that very serious. Otherwise, nothing to say, it's beautiful quality for a reasonable price compared to some competitors.

I am surprised to see that my package shipped by DHL mentioned what it contained in full letters. Moreover, for the kern bracelet gift, it is very cute, but the size 15 cm does not fit anyone in our family. I already have three bracelets from you in 18.5 cm. I leave a mixed review, I ordered a ring with a ruby that when I received it was not true to the photo on the website. I therefore returned it, the after-sales service was up to my expectations by modifying the ring to match the one on the site. This ring is the third I order from Celinni and it is the first where I was disappointed. The customer service remains excellent, however I find that for jewelry of this quality the site should be true to the jewelry we receive.

Hello, like many of you, I noticed inconsistencies at Celinni. In a year, I bought six pieces of jewelry. In terms of quality/price, Celinni is really good. Clearly, there is a bit of a messy side... for example, the wrong certificate with a bracelet. (This spoiled the Christmas gift since I gave the wrong bracelets to the wrong people) It's not the end of the world, but it raises a doubt, when you make mistakes in the documents, maybe you make mistakes elsewhere. Also, when it comes to buying, you will get an immediate response, for everything else, it is much more informal. There is really something to improve, with power, for impeccable service.

The customer service is average. Without my experience with Mr. Rayan, my experience would have been worse. He is one of your best salespeople on site. A big congratulations to him.

I give 2 stars because I am satisfied with my ring... however, I was supposed to be delivered between January 30 and February 4, knowing that I was getting engaged on the 8th. On the 30th, not having any real news, I decided to send an email to be sure that I would receive my ring by the 4th at the latest... I was assured that YES. On the 4th... still nothing... so I called back, they called me back without leaving a message on the 7th, so I was left over the weekend without a response... on the 10th, I called back and was told that the ring would be sent. I had to buy a substitute ring, so I asked for a commercial gesture, but they only want to give me a credit note, I would like a refund of what they offered me as a credit note... that would be the least they could do given that I had to buy a ring due to non-compliance with deadlines and especially a lack of communication about the delay... Update: I was contacted by the logistics manager who offered me another commercial gesture discussed with management, and I thank him very much for the responsiveness.

Very beautiful products (engagement ring and 2 wedding bands) and very good support for choosing the diamonds, even for a novice. There were some misunderstandings, but after transparent exchanges, the Celinni teams reacted very well to ensure that the final experience was good.

I bought a pair of earrings. They are superb, the diamonds have a beautiful sparkle, the inclusions are only visible with a loupe (hsi quality), the fluorescence is very strong. The only small downside is that the setting is not identical to the photo on the site: indeed, the diamond is supposed to be fully visible up to the collet... Here it is not the case, the collet is set in the mounting... The alpa clasp is a high-security clasp, but not marked with the ALPA brand, still not similar to the photo on the site; And finally, the weight mentioned for the gold on the site is around 3 g, I arrive at 0.90g of weight, clasp and diamond included!! So I think some details regarding the description of the items on your site should be reviewed, because despite everything, the earrings are superb.
