Customer reviews of Celinni

Order placed on January 18, delivery time announced February 9. The next day, manufacturing time 12 days, i.e., January 31. We are still within the deadlines, even ahead. Call from them to schedule the delivery. Departure on the 27th, arrival on the 31st as agreed on the phone. Call on February 1 for feedback which I could not respond to but sent an email in the evening for a response in the morning. Serious company that takes care of its customers. Beautiful quality of the jewelry sold, at rather attractive prices. I plan to place a new order in a few months to take advantage of my cashback.

4th order at Celinni and never disappointed. A lot of professionalism in the search for stones and diamonds as well as beautiful workshop work.

Having already purchased earrings online a few years ago, I renewed the experience by buying a solitaire ring. After choosing via the site, and excellent contact via chat and phone, I made an appointment on the Paris site to finalize the purchase (given the significant value of the ring). The welcome and advice on choosing the quality and size of the diamond were relevant. After a month's wait as agreed, I picked up the ring in a very surprising box! The result is magnificent with a certificate mentioning the characteristics of the stone. A big thank you to Enzo and Laura for their friendliness. Everything is perfect: the welcome, the product, and the professionalism of the team. An excellent site in my opinion.

I contacted the Celinni House in Paris for the realization of a birthday gift that I wanted to be exceptional. Buying jewelry remotely was not an easy process for me. Choosing a precious stone that you cannot see or touch, and imagining the finalized jewelry were complex steps, the announcement of the prices, to say the least attractive, initially created a doubt about the credibility of the process. Today, I am happy to share what allowed me to make and be Unique: - The advice, the kindness of my contact Nadia (Diamond dealer in Paris from the Celinni house), helped guide the useful reflection for the creation of earrings (Diamonds set on three claws in 18-carat white gold) that I absolutely wanted to be unique. - I was able to take the time for comparisons with other sites on the Net, as well as with jewelers and local creator goldsmiths. - I never felt the slightest invitation to close my purchase, kindness seems to be embedded in the genes of the Celinni house. - The announced deadlines for the creation and availability of the jewelry were respected, the very discreet package was delivered to my home by a carrier within the announced time. - The discovery of the earrings was an exceptional, magical moment for me, the box highlights the jewelry which is well

my jewelry.

I am fully satisfied to have dared, I know that the moment my partner opens the box will be

I recommend without reservation the Celinni house.

UNIQUE.

I ordered my engagement ring from Celinni. I was lucky to be advised by David, with impeccable follow-up and service. The ring was received on time (less than a month!). The result of the work and the diamond are magnificent. I highly recommend!

Very satisfied with my engagement ring from Celinni, excellent customer service and very friendly and punctual welcome.

Very good advice, open and able to mention the competition without disparaging it. A trustworthy choice.

First very successful experience with Celinni, their website is very informative and easy to use, the ring I ordered perfectly matches what I expected, the order tracking was real-time, the deadlines were respected, the delivery of the package was done professionally and discreetly, and the jewelry box is beautiful!

Arrived on time. Satisfied with my order, my wife is asking for more... Thank you Cellini.

Perfect! I ordered diamond earrings of good quality for a competitive price. The after-sales service is very responsive. The delivery was made on time. Conclusion: perfect.

Order received quickly, with email tracking at every step from creation to receipt of the jewelry. The neutral packaging for shipping is perfect and the jewelry box is well protected. A nice surprise when opening the jewelry box as it is equipped with a LED that lights up the jewelry as soon as it is opened. This is my 2nd order with Celinni and I am not disappointed.

Second order for me and still very satisfied. Always on time and top-notch jewelry.

Order received quickly, the bracelet is very beautiful, in accordance with my request, delivered superbly in a case illuminated by 2 LEDs and accompanied by maintenance advice. I am very satisfied with this site and I will certainly place another order

In a few words: Excellent experience. Very good service. The product received met my expectations.

I have already ordered jewelry from the CELLINI brand and I have always been satisfied with the welcome, the quality of the jewelry, and the seriousness of this house that I recommend whenever I can.

Superb first experience, attentive follow-up and listening from all points of view. I recommend without hesitation. Thank you to Maison Celinni. See you soon.

Delivery times were correct. Good quality. Impeccable service.

Very nice experience with Celinni. I was welcomed at the end of November 2022 by Mr. COUSIN who guided me with his expertise to find an engagement ring that perfectly matched my expectations. The order tracking was perfect. The ring was delivered quickly. Thank you to the Celinni team.

Very good service, very good advice, very nice experience, my ring is just magnificent (special thanks to Nadia, thank you for your help)

On the occasion of my 50th birthday, my husband gave me a diamond pendant. Very good welcome during the appointment at the Paris showroom. The professionalism of the staff, as well as the quality of the product and its presentation characterize this establishment. The quality of the pendant offered is confirmed, as I am giving my opinion 6 months after the purchase. Thank you to "La Maison Cellini" and see you soon (looking forward to my 55th birthday)!

Excellent. I am extremely satisfied with my order. I highly recommend this site.

We had an excellent experience with Enzo at Celinni: excellent communication and follow-up for the design decision and diamond choice: my fiancée was delighted with the result!

Quality-price ratio, unbeatable, top-notch advice and services.

I discovered Celinni completely by chance on the internet. I admit I was a bit skeptical about the seriousness, quality, and service. I was reassured by Mr. COUSIN who kindly answered all my questions and quickly sent me a quote. The person who answered customer service and took care of sending and receiving my order was also very professional. I therefore recommend this serious company.

Professional both in terms of welcome and advice and now follow-up, we were delighted to be guided throughout our choices for the realization of our project. Why not other dreams together... Thank you Marie and a thousand thanks Johnatan.

The experience with Celinni was perfect. They created a custom engagement ring just with a few ideas and photos. They were attentive, responsive, and provided me with real advice in choosing and designing the ring. The timing was respected and the delivery went very smoothly. They offer a payment facility which is very interesting. A big thank you to Enzo and Laura for their professionalism. I highly recommend this House!

Very beautiful diamond heart jewelry.

Perfect experience from start to finish. I came at the end of May 2022 to find an engagement ring. Mrs. CROZE from the Lyon agency perfectly met my expectations, I was able to create a completely custom ring with impeccable follow-up. Ring delivered very quickly. A small resizing was necessary but it took barely more than a week between sending to the workshop and receiving it at home. We will return for our wedding bands.

Very satisfied with my first purchase from you. High-quality jewelry. Attentive and very friendly staff. I recommend without any hesitation.

From the moment of the order to the receipt of the ring, everything went very well and on time. There were a few back and forth with the workshop to redo the ring size, and it was quick and efficient. A small downside for a few stones that came loose in the box during transport, but this was quickly resolved by the workshop afterwards. I would also add that the Celinni teams I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and cordial, whether it was after-sales or the workshop. So I recommend!

Very satisfied with my second purchase from you. High-quality jewelry. Attentive and very friendly staff. Very competitive prices. I recommend without any hesitation.

We ordered an engagement ring in September. Excellent experience, a team of experts attentive to our preferences, caring and looking for the rare pearl that will make her fall in love. I recommend without hesitation. They also offer many payment solutions that make things much easier. I particularly thank Enzo and Laura who were present and gave good advice throughout this beautiful experience.
