Wonderful team very attentive to your request: From the reception to the CEO, I had contact with almost all the team members, all very responsive and professional. It was the CEO himself who decided to grant me a payment plan!... The making of my jewelry is perfect, the quality is top! I had to return the ring for resizing. This was done within a week, including shipping and return, all for free. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone for your perfect work and your generous kindness to allow small budgets like mine to access your excellence in manufacturing!!! I talk about you to everyone who wants a quality diamond at the best price. ;-)

I hesitated for a long time to place an order online without seeing the diamond earrings up close, but the quality of listening, the advice for my choice were invaluable. I was worried until the package was received but I have no regrets. I received my order, conforming to the model and description, within the announced timeframe and accompanied by a certificate.

I want to thank Enzo, as well as the entire Celinni team, for their help and wise advice in creating the engagement ring (custom-made) for Madame. I am not used to leaving a review online, but I admit that it is with pleasure and with my eyes closed that I recommend you. No doubt we will soon call on them for the wedding bands. Thank you again. This is the second time I trust Maison Celinni. The first time I bought a full wedding band, after some mishaps, the director Mr. Sussman made commitments to fully satisfy us, so I ordered a diamond bracelet for my wife's birthday. Like the first time, Mr. Sussman advised me very well and we are delighted with the result. I trust Maison Celinni because I know it has a storefront and especially excellent after-sales service, which is not the case with other establishments.

I would like to thank Celinni for creating a custom engagement ring not present in the catalog. The result was a surprise and was very well received thanks to the thoughtful advice in the showroom. Thank you also for the responsiveness in creating the ring as it was delivered earlier than expected. I will definitely get in touch with this house again.

I would like to thank Maison Celinni and Nadia in particular! What quality of work, combined with the choice of diamond at the best Quality/Size/Price ratio and speed! We were able to discuss on a Sunday afternoon by phone with an appointment the next morning, and the launch of the ring with the choice of the diamond among thousands based on all my criteria. I benefited from Nadia's expert support and her human, warm, and reassuring approach. Realization and delivery at the showroom in just a week and a half. Ready for my marriage proposal the following weekend. I recommend it in every way.

Mr. Cousin was able to meet my requirements regarding the purchase of an engagement ring. After deciding on the setting at the Celinni premises in Paris, I was able to choose from their catalog the certified diamond to be set. The final result exceeded my expectations! I am satisfied with both the support and the product, all for a more than honest price compared to what is practiced by the competition...
