Customer reviews of Certano

It was a great experience ordering from Certano. The lap steel arrived quickly and in great condition, and it plays like a dream and sounds amazing!

My order arrived at my door as promised. Well packed and protected. Installation was truly easy. Your Bender quality is top notch. I have been "showing it off" as my best purchase decision in a very long time. Now I am training myself how to use it in my playing style. Thank you for designing a truly wonderful tool to enhance my LapSteel experience.

Good contact and the order was quickly received. The communication through website did not work and had to be done by Instagram. Thanks David for everything.

Works great install was very easy.

Certano products are of excellent quality. Their communication is excellent and with fast shipping. Plus, customer satisfaction is of the highest priority.

Great product, really nicely engineered and the finish is impeccable. Easy installation, just follow the instructions.

Couldn't be happier. My CL1 arrived in in perfect condition and QUICK! Only 9 days from when I purchased (France to Canada). David replies quickly if you have any questions! Package includes a letter from David explaining how to tune and adjust the benders if need be. Beautiful instrument and I can't wait to keep learning and playing.

I purchased the Certano benders and roller bridge to improve a Gretsch 5700. The purchase was very smooth with excellent information and communication. The units were both beautifully engineered and finished with precise fitting explanations and template included. I took my time with fitting (measure 5 times and drilling once - LOL) the template helped with accurate fixing. Once set up; a relatively easy experience, the operation of both benders was smooth and accurate. Once bedded in, extraneous noise was minimal. In summary, the Certano benders and roller bridge have turned a well manufactured Gretsch 5700 inti a, much improved and totally different instrument. Add a good volume pedal and pedal steel sounds can be found easily. Well done Certano.

the shipping was alright,in time, the instrument was well protected

Excellent service, and the product quality is incredible; this is my second purchase from Certano, and I highly recommend it.

Excellent quality. Easy installation. I would however recommend clarifying if the strings connected to the benders are to pass through the bridge holes or go directly to the rollers from the benders.
