The Certano guitar string bender I received is amazing, the installation was straightforward, the product finish is top notch. Playing results are exactly what I was looking for. My Fender Telecaster stays in tune for long periods. I’m very happy with this product and plan on buying another for a different guitar Im very happy!!

The product arrived in perfect shape, can't wait to install it. I wish customs would have done a better job resealing the box after cutting it open, that one piece of tape left the box partially open which could have resulted in receiving an empty box! I know that's not Certano's fault, just figured I'd put it out there though.

I ordered a roller bridge to go along with the benders I had purchased earlier. David shipped the next day and I received it a couple days later via DHL. The installation was super easy due to the provided mounting template. The bender and bridge are top notch. I am very happy. Now all is left for me to do is learn how to play the darn thing.

I would be very pleased if all my online purchases were as trouble-free as my experience with Certano. David was very accommodating when answering my questions over potential problems in fitting the Certano Bender to my lapsteel guitar. All of my emails received very prompt responses that addressed the specific concerns I had. My order was processed and delivered to Australia with amazing speed. Tracking was very easy and the Bender even arrived ahead of schedule. The product itself is beautifully made and I would have no hesitation in recommending Certano to any potential purchasers.

Very personal input from owner, very helpful all the way through purchase. The items are so beautiful that if you didn't install them, they would look amazing just sitting around your studio. Perfect on the Gretsch Broadway Jade! Got a little buzz on the top two thinnest strings. B,E in translation to eadgbe normal setup. However the Bender performs beautifully!!! Such a great system!! And lord, the pedal steel sounds you get are absolutely excellent!!

I installed the Certano benders and six-string bridge on my Recording King lap steel. The bridge definitely made a difference in the overall sound of the guitar. The benders are great, too. Everything was easy to install with Certano's template. Very cool!
