Very personal input from owner, very helpful all the way through purchase. The items are so beautiful that if you didn't install them, they would look amazing just sitting around your studio. I absolutely love the Certano bender system I got from David. He was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. He recommended one of his bender units anf bridge that were perfect for my lapsteel. I highly recommend David's superior product.

Perfect on the Gretsch Broadway Jade! Got a little buzz on the top two thinnest strings. B,E in translation to eadgbe normal setup. However the Bender performs beautifully!!! Such a great system!! And lord, the pedal steel sounds you get are absolutely excellent!!

I installed the Certano benders and six-string bridge on my Recording King lap steel. The bridge definitely made a difference in the overall sound of the guitar. The benders are great, too. Everything was easy to install with Certano's template. Very cool!

Benders of fantastic quality and great communication from David. The installation instructions for guitar could possibly be amended to reccomend placing the bender farther than 1 inch behind the bridge - I found closer to 2 inches to be much more comfortable

Ordering was easy. Shipment to US was surprisingly fast. Mr Certano responded quickly when I had a question. Product is of superior quality to anything g on the market. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pedal steel sound for their lap steel guitar.
