I cannot stress enough how good this product is. The Benders were easy to install and sound/perform perfect in every way. I had some shipping issues and Mr. Certano immediately reached out to me via Mail. The Bender also comes with a more-or-less personalized letter. So I have to review both the Service and Product a solid 5/5. Keep up the amazing work!

Tout OK avec ce matériel et avec le fabricant, serviable et disponible. Excellents résultats. Du coup j'en ai commandé un autre jeu pour ma telecaster Les seuls petits bémols : 1. les vis étant d'un diamètre fin, pas facile de trouver le foret adéquat. J'ai mis des vis d'une section un peu plus large avec un foret de 3. Mais bon, si les gens ont un foret de 2, pas de problème. Sur la notice, peut-être mettre en gras l'attention à porter sur le parallélisme par rapport au chevalet. 2. Le site tout en anglais, pas toujours évident pour passer la commande, mais on y arrive. Après, cela peut se comprendre.

First Class Product and Service. David Certano was friendly and very helpful. Shipment was well packed and on its way within one-day. FedEx delivery was delayed by one day, but not due to any problem on the part of Certano. Purchase with confidence and then enjoy.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with such a reasonably priced unit, but I have been blown away. High quality materials, excellent engineering, easy installation, and easy set up make this a great unit! It has opened up an entirely new world of inspiration. Not to mention, shipping was ridiculously fast, and David is great to communicate with!

I haven't installed the 8-string roller bridge yet, but it looks good. I've been practicing with my modified Certano bender on a seven string lap steel and expect I'll have a recording or video to share with you within a month or 2. My "B" bender is actuated by a knee lever on the bottom side of the guitar that's connected to an "L" shaped modified cam on top.

Killer piece of equipment! Using it on my 1976 Fender Studio deluxe lapsteel. The bender is quality, has smooth action and is really easy to setup. Super fast shipping to the United States as well.
