Easy transaction. I had a couple questions prior to purchase and David responded within hours. I ordered, pkg arrived in Canada a week later. The benders are currently being installed on a new steel build so I haven't tested yet, however I have played multiple steels with Certano's and the quality is pro. Hence my reason for purchasing these for the new steel:)

Well built unit!

Fabulous piece of kit. Installled this on one of my lapsteels with an open D Tuning. Much easier to fix than I imagined. The engineering makes for very easy and precise note transition. All I have to do now, is to master the techniques required. Very pleased with this product.

I just installed the Bender on my lap steel and it went very well. This unit is perfect. Quality, precision built and it has all the adjustments that are needed to get that pedal steel sound. Thank You 😊

Even before the Certano benders are installed on your guitar, they are a thing of beauty; exquisitely engineered classic looks like its grandfather Bigsby! Very easy to install, and simple to adjust, and they worked perfectly straight away - now all I need to do is to make my playing worthy! Very happy indeed.
