I just bought my second one, this one in all black. Well made and work great.

I am more than happy with the items I purchased. A roller nut and a Tele Bender took my dirt cheap lapsteel to a stellar level. Thumbs up.

I have received the order, but haven’t installed due to recent time restraints. However, the order seems to be as advertised, great quality and great looking.

Arrived safe and quick! The instrument came pre set up and with a helpful letter of instruction. This thing looks and sounds amazing, and has been so fun to play!

I just installed my Certano bender onto my Airline Lap steel. I am no luthier but the installation was successful so far. There is a learning curve to mastering the technique but I am hoping to start practicing as soon as my newly ordered practice amp arrives. 😃. I’m not sure if I set the tension properly. It seems a bit stiff but maybe I’ll get used to it?? Looking for some detailed info on you tube. Lots of vids but haven’t been able to find anything regarding hand positioning and stiffness adjustment. Hope to master it soon 👌

I was in the hospital when my Certano arrived and upon opening there is no paperwork or Allen wrenches? I would like to have them. As far as the steel goes, I am satisfied x 10! Precision made-solid-quality-tone-scale-looks and everything all beat the pants of any other steel of this type I have played. Duesenberg LOOK OUT!!! Certano has you beat to pieces at a lower price. i wish I could own two of these little marvelous gems. THANK YOU CERTANO. TIME TO RETIRE THE EMMONS. Quick service and great product , but there was aproblem with the delivery person who tried to open package to see what was in it and they didn't get a signiture , i would not recomend them , i reported the problem to the company, but i do love the way you package parcel , maybe more packing tape to dicorage

I'm a tele player and have had a Parson White bender for years but I wanted more tools for demoing my own songs so I mounted it to a lap steel , working it out ,quality piece

Incredible instrument! My wife ordered this for me for Christmas. I was absolutely blown away with the quality and tone. The order has arrived promptly and the items look really good. I haven`t attached them to my Gretsch lap steel yet so can`t comment on their use.
