The glasses received were too small for my frame, this was due to the fact that I previously had corrective lenses that deformed the frame of the glasses. I was immediately offered to send my glasses to the company so they could make custom lenses to replace the standard ones I had ordered, all for free. I ordered 2x sun clips for Oliver's People Emerson Frames. I was slightly apprehensive as I am based in the UK and this is a French company. I need not have worried, the frames arrived promptly within 8 days of ordering. The standard delivery method offered transferred from the French Postal system to Parcelforce in the UK. The sun clips themselves fit well - my optician was very impressed. My only negative or recommendations are: 1. It would be useful to have photos online of all the different lens colours. The image when ordering isn't very helpful. 2. Despite selecting English as the default language on the website the drop down address options are still in French. It took me a little while to work out that the UK was "Royaume-Uni".
