Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Moderately satisfied. I wear size 56, I have a hat size 57. It floats when I shake my head. The same one bought from one of your competitors is thicker and is the requested size.

Ordered on 30/12, received on 02/01: perfect.
Quality packaging.
A beautiful hat: material, color, finish. It's the least considering the price.
One flaw: size is large despite the store's indication.
Take the size below without hesitation.

Very good! Top service. I called before placing my order to ensure that the product was in stock and that the delivery times (announced between 24h-72h) were still maintained despite the holiday periods. The person I spoke to online answered all my questions. Item received in 48h, very well packaged and protected. Unfortunately, the size did not fit my head, so I just have to return the product. I hope to have the opportunity to find my happiness for another hat on Traclet!
