Hello, preparation error resolved within the day, 2 days later, I received the correct cap. Kudos for the responsiveness and handling of the small problem. Merchant to recommend, as well as the quality of the product (real Irish craftsmanship) in 100% wool. Very friendly contact.

The box is a bit big for the shipped item, its size should be reduced.

I dreamed of a hat that would give me crazy class, a leather hat, with unturned edges. I wondered if I should take a size up or down... By email, customer service was remarkable and kind to me. We exchanged almost eight messages for an order that I am, in the end, more than satisfied with. Today, I have the honor of wearing a big Stetson on my head... The best! A big thank you to the team. I highly recommend, and even if my words may seem exaggerated, order and you will see for yourselves. Believe me!

Satisfied with the hat and its delivery. Disappointed with the number of emails received when I only need to know 3 things: (1 and 2) that my order has been taken into account and at the same time receive the invoice, (3) that the order has arrived.

Following a purchase, one of the hats was too similar to one I already had. I contacted customer service who immediately issued a return slip and I was able to return my item without any problem and get another size for another one. Top!
