Site rich in models, but search engine not rigorous enough: "UV protection cap UPF 50+" gives 17 pages in which only about ten models correspond to the request. Waste of time.

Ordered a specific model of hat that I had liked in the past, very happy to see it back in stock. The hat is not the same. The cut and materials have changed (not the same velvet, nor the same color, and the inner lining is now very cheap). I would have liked these changes in the model to be specified on the site.

Hello, please excuse us if there has been an internal change. Please provide us with the reference of your previous order so we can verify the model received before, as we cannot find any previous order with your account. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

the helmet is cheap, very well made and finished, but the chin strap is placed crooked and too short; like that, it serves no practical purpose (only to try to strangle oneself effectively, really): it's not difficult to fix at home almost without expenses, but you should have noticed that to the manufacturer in Indochina

I found the cap that I have used for over twenty years, unfortunately lost last month...
It is exceptionally comfortable, it can be folded to always have it with you.
Thank you for not giving in to fashion and knowing how to keep high-performance products in the catalog.
Best regards.
