I am very disappointed with my order because the size of the item is not correct compared to my size of 59. I have several Gottmann caps and I have no problem, but my order does not match my size. I have tried to communicate with the company I ordered from and so far no response as to why they are not contacting me directly?
I need a product exchange or a refund, what are the options.

The delivery is way too long, 6 weeks for the shipment of a simple package. Moreover, the package was left at the foot of the door without any supervision. Very disappointed!!!
