This order was for a specific and uncommon type of hat. It was able to be realized, despite a complicated raw material supply context since the pandemic and wars. But the hat shop managed to cope and produce a high-quality item for us.

Hello. I ordered a black kangol beanie hat from you, as I liked it in the ad, but upon unpacking, the two eyelets at the back displeased me, so I will give it to my son. I have therefore recommended another model called black steve sailor, which you posted. I would like to hear from you regarding a cotton outdoor beige bucket hat reference 8880 size L, for which I left you my email. Thank you in advance, and I wish you a good day. Best regards.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for your comment.
For the cotton beret, the ordered beret was in blue, if you want it in navy color it is certainly possible to exchange it for a darker color.
Regarding the night beanie, what is the issue?
Indeed, we have been selling it for a long time and we are trying to improve it if feasible.
Thank you for your feedback.
