The site is very good. It was after the processing of the credit card that things were less good. Firstly, no confirmation email before the follow-up. No expected delivery date given. Three weeks after payment, I sent an email asking for an idea of the delivery date, no response, but I received a shipping notice for the next day. One of the two hats arrived, very beautiful and well packaged, (maybe too small but that can be adjusted later). I still have no news about the other one and you are already asking me to leave a review, as if the order was finalized, that worries me a bit.

Clear site, very large selection, very fast delivery, impeccable packaging, after-sales service just as effective, indeed I had misjudged the size of the hat purchased and, via the site, Traclet immediately acted to allow me to return and exchange... BRAVO!
