I ordered 2 leather caps for my husband's birthday. They are beautiful and delivered very quickly (ordered on Monday and delivered on Wednesday). Moreover, since I had included a birthday message, I had the pleasant surprise that the caps were placed in a nice bag with the transcription of my message. Thank you to the team.

I ordered 2 hats at a unit price of 90 euros because it was specified on the site that this hat was made in Canada (I could understand the price). To my great displeasure, these hats are also made in China (it was specified for other models but not this one)... but designed in Canada. This is misleading information, shame on the TILLEY brand and those who endorse and sell these hats. I am really angry and will not recommend either on this site or Tilley items.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us, we have not yet changed all the production locations on Tilley hats because in our entire stock we still have hats made in Canada. For many models we have already changed this information, notably on the ltm6 but on the Ltm8, we still have old stock.
This production location does not tarnish its quality of manufacturing and fabric.
If these hats do not give you complete satisfaction, it is of course possible to return them for an exchange, notably with the t3 wanderer which is still made in Canada.
Remaining at your disposal and we accept our apologies for this production location error.
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien

Item received very quickly. Ordered on a Sunday evening and received on Wednesday morning. Well packaged. The hat itself is more beautiful than in the photo and of good quality. I will order again from this merchant!!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, sorry, according to your order it is a children's cap and not a hat. This cap is indeed as indicated made in China. However, unless mistaken, our cap is not sold on AliExpress. It is a cap made for a brand and is not resold on this marketplace. If this model does not suit you, it is of course possible to change it for another product or a refund. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

I bought two hats, one of which is straw and I am a bit disappointed by the quality, however the 2nd is perfect.
