a small size problem with the Stetson docker hat
my size is 58 to 59 cm
it is said on the site that it is 1cm larger
I had the choice between 56-57 and 58-59
I chose 58-59
it is about 2cm too big and fits almost like a 60
should I have chosen 56-57?

The search system does not satisfy me. The yellow hat I ordered cannot be found among the yellow hats. Also, there is no possibility to save for later what I found while searching.

Hello
Thank you for your comment.
Can you clarify, indeed you ordered two items and the comment is not appropriate for both.
It is certainly possible to exchange it if the color does not suit you.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards

False description on the site. Hat that was supposed to have a lining inside (hence my choice for this cap) but ultimately did not have one... no gesture from the manager in the face of their mistake... (and an email with lots of spelling mistakes!).

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
as indicated by email, yes we made a mistake in the description, we indicated a polyester cap while it is the gros grain inside. We proposed an exchange with a cap that has a lining. It is true that I make spelling mistakes, I am not perfect but I try to respond to you as best as I can by finding a solution which was in this case an exchange of model since you wanted a cap with a lining.
Remaining at your disposal to exchange and find a solution.
Best regards
Traclet Sebastien
